Umm... http://www.razerzone.com/store/exclusive, when you're at the store, it's the button that is Razer's logo and it says "Exclusive" when you mouse over it.

    Thank you!!

What has happened is that I was able to create a new account last night, but as I stated, it did not work when I started in on it. I went to bed very frustrated but got up this morning and started again. My After Effects profile was saved and fully functional when I restarted and now, I am concerned that this has something to do with my secondary workstation that I have installed the chroma to as well, a platform I use when I am on the road: https://us.msi.com/product/workstation/WT72-Workstation.html#hero-overview

BUT, I frequently render on one of these platforms and continue working on the other, in order to maximize my productivity and keep the work going. So these crazy things that have been happening, I am now wondering if it is something to do with profiles that are shared and something that needs to be carefully adressed by Razer.

I bought from Amazon, in case you were not listening. I had to jump through a huge amount of hoops to find I could not buy the stealth from them.

That is up to you. I was just expressing my own frustration. I have a woman in the house that is not very excited about the noise. And neither am I.

If these guys have a constant improvement mindset, they should work on accommodating professional designers because it is an untapped market in this realm. This is a HUGE untapped market. HUGE.

@Grragnar Incase you were not listening... to your own post... you said:

    Screenshot 2016-02-24 18.58.54.png

And what I linked was Razerzone... communicating that information, as it is freely avaiable. It's not Razer's responsibility to make that information available on Amazon, is it? That'd be awfully unreasonable.

Not trying to rile you up, but those are the facts.

In my research I came across some of this but it presented itself as too tenuous to attempt and lose basic functionality.

YES, they are the facts. Exactly.

I started on Google that pulled me into Amazon, where Razer has completely failed to present the full scale of their offerings. I did not start with Razer. I was doing a search for solutions with no idea what would appear.

As a potential buyer, Razer is responsible for me to be aware of their product options. And here we are.

It IS Razer's responsibility if they want to increase their market. This is not about Amazon, it is about Razer not stepping up because I did not start my search with Razer. I started on Google that pulled me into Amazon, where Razer has completely failed to present the full scale of their offerings. As a potential buyer, Razer would be complete fools for me to be completely responsible for the unknown option searches. And here we are.

    Research?
It's not that hard, just takes a good 5-10 minutes. It's quite calming (and presents an opportunity to clean the keyboard) (put on some Bach!). It doesn't lose basic functionality... functionality isn't impacted at all. Source: me.

If I were to buy a product, I'd go on the company's product page and look at the product, rather than go on Amazon to learn about the product. I'm also not clear on Amazon's policy... I don't know if they would allow Razer to say "Hey, we got a Stealth version, but you can't order via Amazon to get it!" It'd be a type of free advertising (?).

As for your comments concerning the accommodation of professional designers...
Well. Razer is for gamers, by gamers. Even if it means losing out on that market, Razer will continue to push products that gamers will use. Sure, if one says designers are gamers as well, then why shouldn't Razer make designer focused gear? Well, if that mindset were to be applied to every profession from cashier to president, then Razer would be spreading their resources too thin.

I really don't get why you're complaining about sound... It isn't something one can complain about if buying a mechanical keyboard.
If sound was/is an issue, the DeathStalker is an amazing way to go. Mechanical keyboards are synonymous to loud clacking. Simple research can turn up hundreds of YouTube videos about a mech keyboard's sound.

Very glad to see it's (somewhat) working now :)!!!

...going back to insane amounts of time lost and the incredible potential for this as a platform for professional designers, developers etc...

YES! I have some residual anger, but nothing to direct towards Razer!

No, my hateful is on me, not the reasons for my anger. I cleaned up the post and the facts remain. Razer has contacted me again and I am looking forward to a second conversation about this.

Maybe next time you should visit an electronic store that sell razer products and test the keys out before you buy it. It is like buying a new car without a test drive.

Gaming is not liable to you, you are (and you should be) liable to gaming.

    P.S.
Please refrain from triple (sometimes even quadruple) posting. You can put all that in one post. It is against House Rules.

I thought for some reason that when you returned stuff to Amazon the shipping was covered? Maybe I'm wrong....

It is, I've returned a few items hassle free. Idk what to say about this thread. OP seems awfully entitled.

@Grragnar, please just take a few steps back and reevaluate your actions. The fact of the matter is you made ill-informed, poorly researched purchases. You need to take responsibility for that.

Razer does not own an official account on Amazon. If they're going to advertise details about their products, it's going to be on their own website and social media pages. That's just common sense.

You bought Razer products without even knowing what mechanical keyboards are. You complained about the switches being too noisy when Cherry MX Brown and similar switches are known to be among the quietest of mechanical keyboards. That's like buying a sports car and complaining about the engine being too loud.

Regardless of how you feel like there's huge untapped potential in your sector for Razer, that doesn't automatically make them responsible for the research customers should do to find the right product for themselves. No one is entitled to that. If you come from the design & development world, you should damn well know that projects always have a target population. In this case, you are not a part of Razer's main target user. I frequently buy automotive tools from body shops to do cosplay work, does that mean they should start catering their products towards cosplayers? No. It doesn't make sense to expect a relatively small private company to cater their products to your line of work, especially when their slogan is for gamers, by gamers.

Look, I'm not trying to chastise you, but you came on here breaking all sorts of rules...including quintuple posting at one point. I really do sympathize with the Synapse problems you've been experiencing, but everything else you've said here boils down to simple ignorance (especially the bit about O-rings).
