I am not able to receive an OTP on mail

I have money in my razer I'd and I am not able to purchase anything with it coz I can't receive OTP to complete the purchase I will install otp but I cannot install it. The password does not come to the mail. razer support not helping for 1 week

What e-mail do you using? Are you 100% sure, that any spam filters are not blocking incomming e-mails?

Yes I am sure there are support messages but no mail for OTP

Support messages means nothing 😉 For OTP they could use different e-mail address, which could be blocked.

Unfortunately they don't help I guess my razer gold is wasted, I won't use razer gold again

Upon checking, the account has no OTP set so the OTP will be directly send to email address. So needs to view it from there as the 2FA have been removed.
However, since you're still unable to get the OTP to email address, could you take a video recording of your screen requesting for the OTP and send an email to [email]gold-support@razer.com[/email]?

I know these, when the e-mail password is not received, I cannot establish google auth
Razer support is troublesome never solution
