SO: Windows 10 Pro 21H1 19043.1237
Device: Razer Viper Ultimate

I can't get my mouse to connect to Synapse 3 / Windows 10.
The mouse works ok, only the pair can't be done.
I recent reinstall the windows. Before that, I had two systems Windows 10 and a Windows 11 in the same PC and everything was fine.

Steps that I tried.

1. I tried to connect both wireless and with cable in different USB ports.
2. I tried remove drivers from device manager > mice and other pointing devices > HID-compliant mouse.
3. I tried reinstalling Synapse 3 from scratch and repair Synapse installation too.
4. Using the tool RazerMousePairingUtility_v1.00.01_r2.exe, I had green check in both steps but when I clicked Pair button, the tool shows the message "Please make sure mouse connected and work normally!"
5. I tried to update firmware with ViperUltimate_Mouse_FirmwareUpdater_v1.05.00_r1 but I can't pass the first step "Plug the USB wireless dongle into your PC".

Has anyone been through this before? Thank for your time.

How does the mouse appear in the Device Manager? Does the only driver you see the HID-compliant mouse? Please PM me your device's serial number along with a screenshot of your Device Manager and your MSINFO32. I can use those to get a better grasp of the situation. For now, please ensure that you have the latest Windows by following this guide. Let's pick things up from there.
