I did not receive the activation code after registering my headphones, nothing came in the spam folder, support deleted my request Here is your support case number: 200924-001317, here's how to understand it??? what did I pay money for??? I don't have a working product at the moment!!!

wtf is going on here been waisting all day bought 2 headsetes pait for waranty and they dont work havent get the activation code for both of them this is insane why just dont put it on the fukin box
