I have 2 Razer products, not very happy with either.

Have the Naga Moba and the Orbweaver chroma for 2 years now had these issues since day one. I think they are sub standard for quality, design and materials for the price.

The mouse will stop working, have to unplug and replug it and it goes again. I can't rock the mouse wheel right without accidentally triggering the sensitivity button and clicking the wheel for a middle mouse button takes way too much force.
Orbweaver. The palm pad came off. Was sliding around until that glue wore out now it's off. The joystick button will bounce past center when you release it and trigger in the opposite direction because it is too wobbly.

0 for 2. I will not be purchasing another Razer product. Been using Logitech forever and will go back to that brand.

That's very unfortunate. We completely understand your experience and wish you the best of luck.

What's funny is that I have had a similar story except it ended with me returning back to Razer, because the quality of other products didn't meet the standards I once got with Razer products.
Does "once got" indicate a decline in quality?
Oh, I left Razer products hearing the buzz about them being over hyped. But after I left the eco system, I wasn't happy with other branded gear, it didn't hold the same quality of the previous razer gear I had.

But nowadays I would say that some of their newer stuff has been a miles ahead of their older stuff.

I had the Man o' War, poor thing was made of of all plastic, broke in 3 different areas. Then I switched to some other brands. After being unsatisfied I purchased the kraken: TE and holy moly am I satisfied. Thing just feels strong on the hand. I don't have to worry about it breaking on me. And the 7.1 surrounded, well you could say I'm in love.

But thats just my experience, and I totally understand you and your problems with Razer. It's always good to be open to what the best product for you is. I really do hope you find what you are looking for!

These types of posts aren't really helpful to anyone. If you came here to seek assistance as soon as you experienced any issue, we would've tried our best to try to turn things around. I am locking this thread for what it is, a non-constructive hateful post.
