I opened a case on jan 6th...
It took 2 weeks for them to decide to actually start talking to me...
A few weeks later they wanted me to send out my phone for repairs...
i did and the device was delivered on the 19th (FedEx took ages to deliver)
It took them 9 days to tell me it was delivered(they said a max of 5-7 days to respond...) and told me that the mirror black razer phone 2 (the phone i have) was out of stock and asked if i wanted to get the matte black version. i agreed to the matte black replacement.
They haven't responded since and i'm starting to get afraid i may not receive a replacement nor my actual phone back.
Does anyone know what i should do?
