I just wanna say Razer Support sucks.

So recently I bought Razer Viper Mini Grip Tape and I noticed a day later that I put the wrong address.

1. I couldn't track the order status, because I just put him my email and I couldn't find any other way to track the order status. Meaning, I couldn't cancel it..

2. I contact Razor Support, but I get my response a day later saying they couldn't cancel it due to the order being processed. Felisa E. contacted me saying to give her the full right address so she could switch it. I did and haven't gotten a response in 2 days.

3. The order is now being shipped to the wrong address. SMH Razer.

As far as I know, changing the address for an order that's already been shipped out is very difficult. That said, do send me your ticket number so I can check what transpired behind the scenes.
