I need help with my Razer Blackshark v2 pro wireless headset !!

I have problem with my headset and my mice, its no sound on right side when i connecting with wireless but when i plug in jack its working on both side so that means the headset its no any problem at all . I even try to contact dell support to remote access to check my laptop audio setting and driver ,and everything going well no any problem with the driver and setting ! I also try connect to other laptop its working well, my mice always reconnecting i really dont know why my mice and headset like this !!! I try searching on google for any solutions for solve this issue but no one working !! Please help me !!!

anyone can help me?? unable to change sound balance on setting , who can tell what to do on this problem !!

Do both of them behave the same without Synapse in the background? For now, try isolating the issue of your headset by following the steps on this page. As for your mouse, we can try reinstalling your mouse driver by following this guide. PM me the serial number of your mouse and headset. I can use those to verify their models and look for other possible solutions.
