Please, how do I get in touch with an actual person. I ordered the wrong computer and I need help with this.

I ordered the 15" Razer with the RTX 5000 and I didn't realize it isn't gaming machine. I want the one with the 2800. Please, would someone help me. It's impossible to get any help from Razer and that's how I ended up buying the wrong machine.

I wanted to get the best and now I've got one with a crappy graphics card.

Please, somebody, how do I get in touch with a real person for help with my order?
