I REALLY NEED SOME HELP REGARDING ON MY 2-WAY AUTHENTICATOR


Good day guys, i just got home from work, tired and exhausted. i decided to top-up on my favorite game, excited to purchase some items on the game, but the only problem is that after i started to purchase some "gameclub coins" using razer gold, it asked me for a verification code, in which i dont have the old sim that i used. (i just came back from almost a year of not using razer) i cant also access the back-up codes since it asks me to enter the authentication code from my sim. this is really frustrating, and i really need help so bad to remove this 2-way authentication. please

If you still have access to your primary and recovery email, you can contact Razer Support under Razer Services > Razer ID to get help on recovering your account.
