So about a month ago, I reported a bug that was irritating me. It was about double clicking (when the mouse clicks once, the computer thinks it clicks twice). I reported it, and then a few weeks later, there was an update on fixing the bug. I was wondering about this bug hunting thing, and it says here: http://www.razerzone.com/bug-hunting-reward-program/ that when you report a bug that can be fixed in Synapse, you get a $20 gift card. I reported this bug, and they fixed it. Do I get a gift card/discount? I was just wondering. I would be a very happy customer and I would look forward to buying more Razer related items in the future.

    Thank you!

There is a distinct possibility that you were not the first to report that particular bug. If multiple people report the same bug, the bug hunting reward probably goes to the first that they have on record being reported via support and not these forums. Otherwise, people could just see what issues others are having and report it themselves.

I'm not sure what options you would have to go and find out if you were the first to report it or not (there were a lot of people talking about the double-clicking issue on the forums here), but maybe one of the official staff mods can help you find out.

One one of the other threads, find a user that has "Razer Staff" in the banner by their name, and send them a private message. If you were, indeed, the first, then congratulations and have fun with your gift card!

    And welcome to Razer Insider!

@Yunnay - There was one line in that website that is probably the criteria for the gift card "...for the most helpful information! ..."

Mind you, I have absolutely no way of knowing if that program is still in effect or if your report was the one that included the most helpful information. However, you could try sending a message to either Razer|Technokat, Razer|WolfPack or Razer|Gwynbleidd here on the forums to see if they know the answer. The other option you could take would be to contact Razer Customer Support and ask if either they could assist you with finding out the details, or see if they could direct you to who could.

Good luck, I hope one of those avenues is able to find the information you're looking for!

Thank you for all the support! I just sent a message to Razer Contact Support, so I hope I was the first to report this bug.
