I am still in process of dealing with "customer support" regarding this issue. It appears to be an issue related to static electricity. I put "customer support" in quotations because it took several weeks to start making progress on this issue. To make things so much more fun they are doing everything in their power to remove blame from themselves and their poorly designed and clearly not tested product.
While I admit I got extremely agitated in some of my responses to the service representatives the complete lack of effort on their part and blatant script responses deserved such response.
