I'm having problems with razer synapse..

Hi, yesterday i have no idea why, i notice my sensibility weird and i went check on razer synapse and there was nothing there, none of my equipments appear there, neither keyboard or mouse.

How can i solve this problem?

I uprgraded to razer synapse 3.0 now, the keyboard works fine but the mouse still missing and i can't do much with it like that

Hi, blackwidow chroma and deathadder chroma since 2015 i guess, and yes they work

Hi there! The Deathadder Chroma is not supported by Synapse 3 so I'd recommend using Synapse 2. Please uninstall Synapse 3 and reinstall Synapse 2. Let me know how it goes.

I use the synapse 2, never used 3.0 before

RedPanda is on a sabbatical, so I'll be taking over. Please PM me the serial number of your Razer devices and a screenshot of how those appear on the Device Manager. Let's go from there.
