I'm trying to make a Game specific Profile, League of Legends.

I wanted to make a razer chroma profile specific for league. When in game I wanted to have only the keys I use to be lit up. I solved that, but now I want to add the effect since I need to chat. When I click enter i want the entire to light up static so I can type then when i click enter again it goes back to the original. That's where im stuck im not even sure it's possible but im asking to find out.
