Hi Insiders, we’ve an important update regarding your Insider account access. TLDR: You will soon need Razer ID to log in to Razer Insider. As we work towards developing new features across our suite of Razer software (Razer Cortex, Razer zVault and more), we will be making a couple of changes to Razer Insider. This allows a more consistent experience and a convenient one-account access to all other Razer services. What is affected: All Razer Insider users with Razer ID: All Razer Insiders will have their Insider nicknames changed to reflect their RazerID. In the off-chance that you encounter a situation with a duplicate username (ownership on a first-come, first-served basis), you may need to change your RazerID here: https://razer-id.razerzone.com Functionally, everything remains the same All Razer Insider users without Razer ID: Existing users who are logging in via Facebook and Twitter will have until November 1, 2017 to create a Razer ID and switch to it. New Users: Effective next week, new users will not be able to create a new Razer Insider account with just their Facebook and Twitter accounts. Guests may continue to read posts on Insider. Besides keeping things seamless with single account access to Razer Synapse, Razer Cortex or Razer zVault, having Razer ID on Insider allows you to access perks like Razer zSilver rewards and exclusive giveaways. Happy to answer any questions with regards to these changes. If you have any issues, do feel free to reach out to our official staff members on Razer Insider!
