Inaccessible Boot Device

    Hello has anyone had/fixed an issue with the RZ09-0406CE63. when i shut it down and boot it up it works fine, however when an app (for example after i update windows and it says that a restart is required) initiates a restart or a shut down, i get an error that shows a BSOD screen and says inaccessible boot device. every time an app initiates a restart. i thought it was a bios update needed, however i am on the latest bios apparently. windows is completely updated. all drivers are updated. I don't understand what the issue is. Idk if i need to make a recovery stick with a recovery image or something. i did fresh install this when i swapped hard drives but i contactd razer for the recovery image when i did. please someone help. thanks!
