    I am glad you are going to continue, not just because they are sweet deals and we as insiders can get some cool stuff, but because it shows how much you care about your users and that you are genuinely interested in what they think!

    I have never got in to a flash sale. Till date have been only for the CES sale. To be honest do not know what is a flash sale or how often or rare these sales come and go.

    Um, which Razer Support do you think I've been contacting the past few days?? Is there some kind of Insider Razer Support group I should know about, and I've been contacting the wrong customer support all this time?

    I've been contacting this page:

    And I've gotten NO RESPONSE from that above link, from Razer Insider, from the Facebook page, from DigitalRiver. So please do NOT give that "maybe you're not doing it right" wink BS because this is the worst experience I have ever had from an online seller. If only my brother did not want this laptop so bad. But I can't miss it for this price.

  16. Well, apart from codes being swapped (cured by watching Twitter), being up at OMG o'clock (cured by having zonal sales), I'm v happy with the military grade backpack. Swallows up laptop, folders, waterproofs, etc from work. All with a Razer logo on top.

    If I get to participate in another sale, I'll do my recce again and have my list ready again. Honestly, if you allowed another item to be purchased, I'd have done that at full price to spread/nullify cost of shipping to UK.

    Speaking of which, DHL decides to remove my name & office nr, so work was left trying to figure out who had ordered shiny new bag to the building.
  17. Sweet! Glad to hear this. Razer is fantastic when it comes to customer appreciation. I failed to get what I wanted for the CES sale but it's ok since there is hope for another in the future!

  19. I think it would be better to increase the bar cause it helps fans that are really into helping the community. currenty waiting for my nabu x to arrive!
