[Insider] CES 2015 Appreciation Sale

  1. Thx for making it up to us and owning up so quickly. That's why I've stuck with Razer for so long

    As usual, Razer does an amazing job on presenting a product, and a terrible time delivering it to the consumers. I went through months of hell trying to get a Razer Blade from Razer. I pre-ordered, but I never got one months after release until I went to the MS Store and just picked one up.

    Again, I really appreciate the sale. I was excited to order a Chroma set, but none of them are available for sale. You should really work your production problems and supply out before offering such a huge sale.

    Very disappointed in Razer when it comes to production/supply, but very happy to see them doing well. I've owned Razer products for many years, and tel everyone I game with how well they work!
     
  3. Yes, definitely get more stock before the next one. I'm interested in a bunch of different things and there is nothing available.

    Fun fact: Razers sites are hosted on amazon web services (amazonaws) (at least the insider forum is) :D

    That was my thought too..
    I was on there on the dot at 6pm and it was 30mins in before I could get anything to load fully. And then it was simply the tool to notify me when it comes back in stock!!
    Clearly my session was a non-priority for the back end server to deal with :slightly_sad:

    Can't wait for the remedial sale! My heart was in so much pain when I couldn't order!
     
  9. I see a lot of upset people on the forums due to the malfunctions and high traffic during the sale. After visiting the booth, the excitement brought me here for both the discounts and realizing it was a community I wanted to be a part of and contribute to. I might have lost some sleep over not being able to get the items I had my heart set on, but after thinking about it, it was more draw than missing out on an item available year round.

    Overall I am still happy I participated in the experience at CES and will continue to hawk-eye discounts!

    It's all well and good offering the remedial sale, but for us in the UK, who work early, and set an alarm for this sale, just to be let down by a code error, will have to take the gamble that something won't go wrong this time and wake up at 2am again...

    Don't get me wrong i understand i could miss out because of low stock and people beating me, but when i add the item to my cart, just for the code to fail, then after a few refreshes to try the item with the Blade code and the item to then be sold out and available as 'Notify Me' It's really dissapointing, especially for someone who has never purchased a Razer product before.

    /e Obviously the UK isn't the only country with this problem.

    Cool. Maybe they can see if Amazon can help with what capacity they need to handle the sale for the redo.

  14. I was hoping to have gotten the Naga Epic Chroma, but couldn't figure it out. Then it was gone. I do appreciate you guys owning this, though. Looking forward to the remedial sale.

    I was thinking about getting the blade with this but ended up just replacing my old mouse mat because I didn't want to spend that much money. Sucks for all of the people who got bilked out of what they wanted because of the code mixup tho.
