    The promotion ended. I tried using the same code I was given and it does not work

    The sale's stopped and the code's gone forever. You'll have to wait for the remedial sale.

    Thank you for the thread update and as instructed i attempted to use my code (both of them) on an item added to the cart and it says invalid code... The post said to continue using the code i was given. What am i doing wrong?

    Hey upset and confused people,

    Read the *FIRST* post in this thread. It's the one that Razer updates about codes and the remedial sale.

    I signed on within an hour of the sale starting, and the webpage refused to load properly and the site crashed. I came back a couple hours later and found the item I wanted but when I tried to purchase it, it once again crashed. Came back an hour after that and the item was marked with "notify me", indicating that it was out of stock... Day after the sale ends its magically back in stock! I think they set limits on each item for how many times it could be sold with the 50% code. I'm pissed that a combination of the site not working and artificial limits stopped me from participating in the event. Going to give it one more try during the "remedial" sale, if it doesn't work again going to be really annoyed. Happy birthday to me (birthday is in 2 days).

    Yeah. I had the same problem for the most part. site wouldn't load for me at all, and I can't get a BlackWidow Chroma at full price. Was ready about 10 minutes before the sale started. idk anything about artificial limits. The BlackWidow Chroma just got restocked either yesterday or today, the sale was Monday, and today's Thursday.

    I guess I could say that I got to load the page after like...10 minutes or so after the sale started but the one thing that wouldn't load was the BUY button. That one was a huge bummer. I tried again after 1 hour, same thing. Tried after 2 hours but, evidently, most of the products were gone.

    I'm usually an optimistic person but something tells me the remedial sale will go the same. Even so, I'll have to try and get something. :)

    I managed to get something but the mouse is still on stock XD. But im still happy with my new wireless mouse. Thanks Razer!

    I've since deleted my codes due to them not working for a good 10 or 15 times and then having a power cut, so I thought I didn't need them, is there any way I can reclaim my codes, was trying to purchase an ouroboros mouse :slightly_sad:

    Gutted to have missed out first time round - but grateful i'll have another chance to get hands on Chroma Gear :)

    I did not save my codes thinking that the link that the link that gives them won't go down. I mailed support to ask about that matter but the reply I got was all about FAQs and if I have more questions, I should ask here.

    Unfortunately I didn't get to take advantage of the sale. Logged in overnight and none of the products would load so I could purchase them. Tried again when I woke up and everything I wanted was sold out. :slightly_sad:

  16. So I tried to place an order for the DeathAdder 2013, did not get through Paypal correctly.
    I contacted the customer support (00463482, 00467184) immediately but I don't hear back.
    Just now (Jan 15), I get an email saying that my order has been cancelled because payment did not process.
    I don't think they want my money at all.

    I got screwed out on the sale. Got on the site on the exact time the sale started and had secured the Chroma Stealth keyboard in my cart. I put in the code for the discount on the other Razer products and it was not accepted so I thought I was too early. I waited for a minute to try again and still did not work at all and kept at it for a dozen tries.... finally I tried the Razer Blade code for kicks and it works, but when I tried to check out.... SOLD OUT!... The mistake with the swapped codes really messed with me. Now, my brother has to settle for another birthday gift.
