    Once again, thanks to your support – Project Ariana made our Best of CES People’s Choice win the 7th consecutive one. Again, to share our win and joy with our fans, we will be running a community appreciation event with a couple of minor checks in place.

    To qualify for the upcoming CES Fan Appreciation Event, you will have to own a Razer ID and be on Razer Insider by Jan 13, 6:00PM PDT / Jan 14, 3:00AM CET, there-on subsequent new members will not be eligible to claim the code.

    Time left for qualification:

    24 hours stated in the following Fan Appreciation Event times, all Razer peripherals will be on 50% off (excluding systems) and this offer is open to Razer Insiders fulfilling above listed conditions and is only applicable to RazerStore.com.

    During this period of time, users who purchase Razer systems will also enjoy gifts worth up to US$400.

    Codes will be released for eligible members from Jan 13, 6:00PM PST (Jan 13 3:00AM CET)and available for claiming through the sale. The code will cease to work when the sale ends. Please ensure you hold on to your code till the event – an email will be delivered to you upon successful registration.

    As a reminder, to ensure as many fans get in on the sale, each will only be allowed one item – so you may wish to plan ahead as the codes will not work until the time of the sale. Stocks are finite and are expected to go fast. Do also note that your order will only be confirmed when you have completed your purchase and have received a RazerStore Order Confirmation notification.

    To avoid taxing the servers and to provide a smoother navigation experience for this Appreciation Event, Razer Insider functionality will be kept to a minimum during the period of the Event. Only the Event features will be shown and usual threads will not display.

    Razer CES 2017 Fan Appreciation Event – Terms and Conditions

    The Razer CES 2017 Fan Appreciation Event (there-after referred to as ‘Event’ or ‘promotion’) is only applicable to the RazerStore.com, and Event Terms and Conditions apply:
    • This promotion is only applicable for purchases made at RazerStore.com and cannot be combined with any other offers.
    • Use of the promotional code entitles you to 50% off Razer peripherals and accessories such as power adapters. Offer excludes OSVR HDK and Razer Core.
    • This promotion does not apply to systems, extended warranties or products that are out of stock.
    • Discounts do not apply to applicable shipping charges, customs fees and taxes.
    • Each customer/shipping destination is allowed to place only one (1) order with a maximum of one (1) item.
    • Only the first order from each customer/shipping destination will be accepted and any subsequent orders will be cancelled. In addition, Razer reserves the sole and absolute discretion to cancel any orders that exceed the limit stated above. Razer shall not be liable to any customer in relation to such cancellations.
    • This promotion is only valid for the following periods, or while supplies last. In the event where any particular product is out of stock, Razer shall not be liable to any customers for their failure to purchase the product, even if the purchases were made within the promotional period.

    Here’s a quick FAQ on the CES Fan Appreciation Event 2017:

    • How long does the Event run till?
      • The Events are split into two timings to accommodate our global fans, and they run for 24 hours.
    • Is this a sale?
      • This is not a sale like Black Friday is a sale. This is an effort and a gesture of appreciation to acknowledge and thank our fans for their support through CES, and helping us win year on year.
    • Where can I access my code?
      • You can access the code via Razer Insider from Jan 12, 6:00PM PST. All Razer Insiders registered (with Razer ID) before Jan 13, 6:00PM PST will be eligible to claim the code.

    • My code does not work, what do I do?
      • Do be informed that the code will only work during the duration of the sale.
      • If the code is not working during the sale, please check if you are encountering any of the issues listed in our troubleshooting guide.
    • Am I able to use code at a retailer?
    • [Product Name] is out of stock, what do I do?
      • Given the demand for stock in an event like this do expect stocks to run out quickly. As the code will only be available for the duration of the Event, should you wish to continue to partake in it do pick an alternative product that is available.

    Just a quick question - Are you planning to have everything back in stock for the sale? I know right now there are a couple things I may pick up, But the thing I would like to use the code on is out of stock.

    Hey i was interested in buying the Overwatch edition of the razer goliathus, since best buy no longer carries it for some reason. But the one item in cart limit makes it so that i can't get free shipping. Is there anyway i can get around this since i would be paying basically the exact same thing as i would if i had multiple items in cart and had free shiping?

    Also, always remember to be thankful for CES sales and other similar events! Razer didn't have to hold this event and so we should be grateful for their kindness towards their fans and supporters :)

    sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but unless it is already on a truck headed to the warehouse, probably not. It is generally just a whatever is left in the warehouse lets give 50% off as a thank. They don't stock up for it and they don't do rainchecks. It is just whatever is available.

  12. is that possible to have a counter to know how many remaining items are in the stock?
    generally in how much time the stocks are emptied in this kind event?
    or any order will be qualified for an item? that is, if there are more people wanting the same razer item and if there are more people wanting than is available in the stock then the extra people wont get that item? if yes, then the first that buys the item gets the item or it is by the order by which the discount code has been redeemed?

    is there some known statistics where it says in how much time all items of each type has been bought?

    Yeah, I know the forum post about the CES appreciation event says no systems and it works with peripherals but what qualifies as peripheral? I know keyboards, headset, mice and mousepad, but does the seiren mic qualify, or razer gear like shirts and backpacks qualify? I might be blind but I think all I found was that systems weren't available.
    Btw, what do you guys think that 400$ gift with systems is?
    Also, how many codes are being given out?

    so if 25 people order the same product before the website updates and there are only 20, the last 5 will have their order canceled, I think that is the crux of what you were really trying to get at.

    razer systems are like the blades. The actual gaming systems, the sale itself is on the peripherals, so the keyboards and mice, etcetera.

    As for stats on how long the items last, generally everything is gone within minutes if the last few years have been any indication of things to come.
