    Hi there,

    I have placed my order for a QHD+ RB and paid with Paypal. I got PP's receipt but my order only says "order submitted". There has been no update in the last 5.5 hours since I placed the order. Is this normal behaviour? I read some people here got a confirmation email immediately after placing an order but I haven't.

    Same here, I went for the normal one with green switches instead, it's a shame.

    You have to put in my address and the order will ship ;)
    Jokes aside it's normal don't worry, I wish I'd have that money lol.

    Hehe. Really? how long until I get a confirmation, though? It will be a real bummer to have planned half of my day around this sale just to get knocked out of the stock queue because the order didn't go through on time. Man, I had to postpone work because of it!!

    I orderd the razer mamba with this discount but something went wrong and the payment got corrupted the order was set but then i cant pay the order and it says it is a pending payment does anyone know how i pay now to receive.

    I made an order on items in stock on the 13th of january, which got stuck because a mousepad that was not actually in stock apparently and Support advised me to cancel the order, and since then my money is on waiting to come back to my account, my 10% discount is no longer valid, and now this event starts and I have no money left ... thanks Razer


    Edit : Oh and the shipping is no longer free for EU (Belgium) ? Even tough the website says it is ? what a wonderful place the Razerstore is haha

    Well once you paid I don't think they can delete your order, it's more likely that once stock ends won't end the purchase, you should be safe.
    Anyway give them at least 1-2 days to process, they had plenty of orders due to CES sales so...
    This sale? RB wasn't 50% off right?

    If your account was pre existing before 14 of january you can still redeem the code.

    Hehe. No, no, I know the RB wasn't 50% off, but I read that they were going to up the ante with the gifts with new systems so I decided to wait. Very happy they added a mouse to the package they already had on offer. It seems they know my current mouse is disintegrating slowly. It may not survive this winter...

    Got the Death Adder Elite for $35 off, not bad as my older DA got the dreaded double click malfunction a few months back and using my Nagas (1 wired 1 wireless) as everyday mice is a chore.

    Well, got an Order Confirmation email that tells me that the order is in process.
    Does that mean that it went through and I am just waiting for it to be shipped?

    But when I try to redeem it it says I can't that is why I am asking how I can do it or at least if someone can send me the link to the redeem site

    They have to redeem it on their account. If you are trying to redeem it on your account its obvious why you aren't getting the code.

    Yes, it should be.

    I didn't read TE initially and I was like "He got the stealth?!?" lol
    They've been out of stock since 2 days before sales, that's badluck.
