    I was busy the entire day so i forgot about it until i came home, had like 2 hours to decide, i think ill order them after i'm completely done with my Kraken 7.1.
    By the way, the deathstalker is a keyboard ;D

    I put in a ticket for this but anyone have this issue... I got an email to say my Blackwidow X chroma was processed then another today to say it was shipped but when I log on to track it I see no order history! Anyone have this issue? The money was taken out.

    Hey pretty sure you have nothing to worry about, especially if you got a confirmation email. Other users have noted the same thing, it's probably just a temporary bug on Razer's end. Did you checkout with your account or as a guest?

    If you checked out with your Razer iD, you can try going here and clicking "My Order History."

    You can also always contact support with your order number for more information.

    Hey sorry to hear about your disappointment. But yeah imo, that's on you. The 24 event period makes sense for at least a few reasons:
    1. Most hot items may be OOS by then
    2. To free up server bandwidth and make Insider usable as a forum again
    3. It's a big discount. 50% off a Razer item is huge! Especially because it works on the newer products too...which translates into savings of $80 or more. That happens rarely for Razer products.

    I did last night, they don't know what is wrong with my order history page, but the CSR said it is processing and will send me an email when it ships. I am not worried was just curious as to why there is no sticky since this seems to be an issue with quite a few people now.

    A lot of people have this issue, me included. Put in another ticket asking for the tracking number, it is what I am going to do once I get the shipped email. Everyone of us used our Razer ID when we ordered so it is something on their end (all my order history was wiped including past orders from last year).

    Well clicked the order history link suggested and logged in and now it gave me a tracking number

    I received my new Naga Epic Chroma to replace my old Naga today. Thank you Razer for that awesome deal !!

    Ikr, I too wish that they extend it too, or maybe another day like january 30th, like what they did I think at CES 2015 appreciation sale. I mean it's only one item per code and everyone only gets one code, why not extend it to a week for those who are really busy and really want to get their peripherals.

    Order in Process, thank you Razer for the CES Appreciation Event! Being a fan, I took off work so I wouldn't miss the sale (even though I had 24 hours :) ).

    I ordered on the first second of the EU sale a kraken 7.1 V2 and still not shipped out. Support is telling me that the product is on backorder... how is it possible if when I ordered it was in stock?

    It shipped today, replied to my CSR email asking for my tracking number. Long way to track my order, but 50% sale on my item I am not going to complain.

    I got an email that my order is being processed and that I would hear from them within 48 hours, but it's already been 46 hours and I haven't heard from them, should I be worried?

    Honestly, considering the volume they're currently dealing with for sales in multiple regions I'd say, "no, it's too eary to be worried." Please keep in mind that there was a significantly higher volume in purchase orders during the sale events than what would normally be handled. If you received your confirmation e-mail telling you that your order was successful then I wouldn't be quite so picky about the rest.

    It would seem that a few people don't have orders showing up in their order history, but I'd recommend you go there and see what's listed before worrying about anything. Go to the main RazerStore site and look into the upper right corner, there's a small symbol with the word "help" click on that and choose "order status" from the drop down menu. Then login with your Razer ID / password and the most recent information should be brought up, and once it's in the mail then there will be shipment tracking info provided there as well.
     
  16. I bought it yesterday and it says "Order Status: Order in Process" when I checked it but there's no Order History. I hope that it will arrive next week.

    Did anyone else order a Blackwidow X Tournament Edition Chroma keyboard during the event and has it shipped?

    Just got an email telling me mine is on back order.

    Yeah, I know it was on me. I stated that.

    I understand why the period was limited to 24 hours from a business perspective. You limit the number of people actually utilizing it to those who are passionate fans that are active daily and thwart those who create an account just for the sale or to jump on the bandwagon. I just happened to be one of those fans who was caught in a situation where I couldn't order during that time and lost out. Completely on me, agreed. Just wish I hadn't.
