I just got the Kraken 7.1 Classic but didn't get the stand that was advertised as included :slightly_sad:? I'm liking my first Razer headset though!

One of the reasons I ended up going with another company for my keyboard was that a more basic model had the blue back-light. Now with this I can't see why I wouldn't go with Razer!

Sorry for the TLDR wall of text incoming but I love sharing my love of Razer products!

I am currently running the Tiamat 7.1 hooked up to a HT|Omega Claro II sound card. Absolutely killer sound! Took some tweaking to the settings in the sound card manager and the control pad for the headset but my PC sounds just the way I like it now!

My first Razer headset was the Razer Barracuda headset and Barracuda AC-1 sound card. That was an awesome setup at the time, and even though I don't necessarily miss the build quality of the headset, compared to Razer headsets today, I do miss that sound card a lot! Then I got the Megalodon, which was really rough when it first came out because it had so much static and kept dropping sound completely. I had to keep unplugging and replugging it in to reset it! They finally fixed that after a firmware update, thank God!

I have liked all of the headsets I have purchased from Razer, though at times the Megalodon was infuriating, but I have to say the Tiamat 7.1 is by far and away my favorite and the most comfortable. I haven't found another headset that sounds better or feels as good. My friend spent a ton of money on a set of Astro's for his PC and to be honest I don't see why they cost so much.

If you wanna take an even bigger step into the past the first Razer product I ever bought was the Diamondback in 2004. (I thought it was released in 2003 so forgive the post I made earlier in another thread!) Then I upgraded to the Copperhead the next year, mostly because it looked sexy! Those were great mice for the FPS craze I was going through at that time in my gaming life. Then I got the Lachesis and used that during my transition from FPS mania to MMO mania.

When the Naga came out I jumped on it immediately because I had been playing World of Warcraft like mad with my friends for over 3 years by that point. The Naga is so superior to any other mouse out there for MMO's. It still is! I still have the original Naga and it works just like the day it came out of the box. That makes this thing over 5 years old now! That alone is a testament to the quality of Razer products because when you own a Naga it is your most used tool.

I won't even get started on my love of Razer keyboards! As I said earlier, I really miss my Tarantula with the Battlelight. That keyboard was so freaking awesome and it looked sexy as hell!

So I guess what I'm trying to say, Vovan4uk, is that you need to get that Razer headset you want! They're completely worth every penny! I also recommend investing in a Razer mouse and keyboard!
  13. Well timed! My first Razer mouse mysteriously vanished. I moved onto a green 2012 edition but I've been wanting to get back to that lovely blue. I'm still rockin' the blue nostromo and blue lycosa so re-grabbing the classic naga will restore color uniformity and delight my inner obsessively meticulous nature. #ThatRazerLife
Oh and I made these multi monitor wallpapers. I share them on wallpaperfusion if you would like any!

Wish the newer models were in blue, especially the Naga Hex. I'm buying all chroma products except the Hex.
