  3. hello,

When I fill the form for the Razer Support Streamer Program and connect my Twitch account, it submits but isn't connecting to the account. Therefore, when I click on Submit, the form tells me I have no connection or that my account has no followers, which is incorrect.

I applied to the Razer supported streamer program at the end of March and have been waiting for the email to tell me what tier I had been put in. I guessed my application had been rejected as it never arrived, but when I tried re applying a message told me I was already supported in the streamer program?

Anyone else never received any feedback?? OR still pondering the void.. Customer service's in reflection to the Streamer Program is very poor to say the least. I imagine it's a lot better the dependant upon what tier level you hit but otherwise your at the mercy of the gods..

My nightmare started 26/09/2015 yes back then, I got back the auto reply asking me to click the link provide some more info and complete the application. Then Nothing.

I chased it up a month or so later to be sent the same email 02/12/2015 asking me to do the same as above. So i did.. Much to my surprise I received the below message.

"We understand you applied recently and you are currently supported by Razer in our Sponsored Streamer Program.Should you wish to revisit your application, please try again in at least six months' time when we will gladly welcome a fresh application"

Then the nightmare really begun. I chased customer services, Tweeted Razer, Razer Support even email Mr Razer himself in March 2016. No one could tell me where I stood, I hadn't received a thing, email discount code nothing. So I really began to question me being supported... I did get thrown a 30% code for beta testing Cortex Gamecaster should have used it, as that's a better deal than level 1 at least..

No i mentioned i'd been hounding twitter, which led to some DM's starting in JANUARY 2016.. Well finally an unknown stranger from the land of Razer Support in Twitterville DM'd me again after i send some interesting Messages and GIF'S... 08/03/2016 yes 6 months from me pondering the question "what is going on" Am told "yeah you are a sponsored streamer" and an email was sent... Certainly don't feel supported that's for sure... And still no email.

As of today, Its still going on am still waiting for this magical email with that little bit of discount to purchase some Razer Gear..

However i must thank that unknown Razer Warrior who DM'd me at least he found some answers which for over 6 months of email, messages I got nothing..

    The Fight Goes on..

I was accepted in the first round after the initial launch back in 2014. I was unsure if my "membership" was upheld through the multiple relaunches and even now I am still not sure with this relaunch since this time there has been significant changes. So I went ahead and signed up again but like everyone else I haven't received an email so I wasn't sure if it was because I was already in the program or there was a mess up. Now I assume it is a mess up basing it off of the posts above and I am glad to see a staff member actually providing support for the group. Its been so long with so many questions that have gone unanswered with no help at all. So thank you @Razer|Junch, not just from me, but from everyone who is still around from the beginning. (I know there is still a small handful:wink_:)

I have another type of issue with the Sponsored Streamer Program.
I have signed-up for the program and I have received the confirmation e-mail and I have been put in the silver tier.
However, I have accidentally clicked on the unsubscribe link in the e-mail.
    How do I subscribe again?
How do I change my details, such as country/name etc?
Will the info I enter there (such as name/country) be used for future product shipment or there will be another place to enter shipment details when it comes to that?

P.S. I also have few questions regarding that info.

@Razer|Junch It would be great if Razer also started a Supported Reviewer Program.

I was experiencing the issue some people were having where it was saying you either didn't link your twitch/youtube account or you do not have any followers. I found a work around by linking both my Twitch and my Youtube accounts. I was wondering if this would have an adverse affect on my application as my Youtube account does not really contain any content. I am primarily on Twitch and rarely use my Youtube at the moment. I do however plan to put content on it in the future. Also could anyone provide any insight on the response time to the application? Whether you were accepted and put in a tier or rejected?

@FuxorGaming I have filled in the required info and connected both my YouTube and Twitch accounts and I have received a confirmation e-mail immediately. I followed the needed steps and I have immediately after that received an e-mail that I was now Razer Sponsored Streamer Level 1 (Silver)

@ifohancroft Have you heard if they actually send a rejection email? Perhaps they just do not respond at all and leave it at that? If anyone else could enlighten me on the procedure they have I would really appreciate it.

In the past iterations of the program everyone that applied got into the program no matter what. But if you were a big wig on Twitch &/or YouTube then you got placed into a different tier. As far as the program in its current state, and what it seems to me, is that anyone with any amount of followers on Twitch &/or subscribers on YouTube get accepted into the program. The only caveat is if you have zero, from what I have seen that causes problems but not necessarily sure if its rejected or a bug.

That is just what I have gathered through my time in the program and the feedback for this relaunch. The only way for there to be verification is if a staff member comes to clarify.

@Longshotpro2 Okay thank you very much for the insight. The way I originally read it I thought it was exactly as you've stated above that everyone gets in. Or at least that's how it is implied on the page that tells you about their program. If a staff member does happen to see this I would appreciate the official standing on how it i handled. Whether or not everyone who applies (With more than 0 followers of course) or if there is an actual reviewing of the applications. If it is that everyone gets in I would appreciate it if you could reach out to me about the application I filled out.

Support for this program has been horrific to nonexistent from the very beginning back in 2014. It has been relaunched multiple times but nothing ever changes. However this relaunch there has been changes for the better and actual support, so hopefully now the support will either remain the same or improves. :)
