I am not sure why would this be an issue? As soon as you log into Insider or load the page https://insider.razer.com/index.php in your browser you will see all 5 featured threads If you say this because of the achievement All caught up! opening these threads from the main page probably takes less time then opening them from the banner
The support service really needed some improvement, many people were complaining about it, and we hope that our issues will be solved much quicker and completely from now on. Big up on Razer!

Whilst I've never personally had a problem with any Razer product, this is a great idea! Keep listening to the community and there's no reason why someone wouldn't be a Razer fan.

Loving the work you guys have been doing recently! I used to stay away from Insider, as I didn't really get the point of it, but you guys are really pulling this community together, and overall making the platform more appealing. Keep up the good work, you guys.
