Invalid Product Number (Nari Essential)

Hi, guys!

I'm trying to register my newly bought Nari Essential headphones on razerid.razer.com and it seems I can't register with my own product number, because I'm being told that the product number is invalid. Why isn't it working?

Are you sure you're not mis-typing something, such as a zero when it is actually the letter O?

Make sure that you're not typing an O where you'd need a zero 0 instead, or vice versa. Some people can often mistake B and 8 as well. Ensure there aren't any stray letters or numbers before / after the main portion that might need to be included, or excluded.

Also, make sure you're filling it in on the right line for product number, and not the one for serial number.
