Irritating error message when using Cortex

Hello all,

I've very recently installed Cortex and whenever it's active, I periodically receive an error message from Office Hub. Screenshot here, if needed.
I understand that this is likely an issue within Microsoft Office, however I was wondering if anyone could advise which process(es) I should toggle to stop it popping up during gameplay, as I've already died multiple times due to this.
