Is anyone else not getting response from their service cases?

I have unresolved issues from Feb 11 th, and service has gone dark and is not responding to emails. It's been 3 weeks since they last responded and have not responded to any email since then,

That was fast, looks like my case was not escalated and was stuck in a queue.
