Is anyone else not getting their zSilver for playing?

    Since the start of the month I've logged around 3 - 4 hours on Starcraft II and almost everytime I don't get them. Sometimes I have to just restart the program repeatedly to get it. Is this happening to anyone else? I've lost around 1,000 - 2,000 zSilver because of this.

    I am earning ZSilver fine here today, Did you try to re-login to Cortex or restart it, or try another one of the games if you have any other the other ones to see if it is just that game that is not working?

    Yeah I had to reinstall Cortex which seems to have fixed it. There goes a week's worth of zSilver over a tiny bug -_-

    There have been many, many, many threads about this over the past week and a half or so, and I feel really bad for the folks who are not being awarded their zSilver. I wish I could press some magic button and say "Okay, it's fixed!" LOL

    However, I can recommend that people who have this issue continue to use the feedback options available and report it with logs and or screenshots when possible so that the correct Razer team and look into the issues. The more people who can supply information the faster they're usually able to fix problems.

    Last week I got the same problems, too. However, From this week it does work again. I pretty consider that it's a kind of bugs that will be fixed automatically or just to warn you not play so much games:).

    There was an issue last Friday but it was fixed by Razer.
    You should try posting a feedback to report the issue on Cortex.
