The left earcup of my Tiamat 7.1 seems to have come clean off. Is it possible to get it reattached somehow?

I've had this one for 5 years and this is the only problem I've had with it so I'll gladly buy a replacement if it's not possible to reattach the earcup.

I'd highly recommend that you contact Razer Customer Support for this issue. I realize that after 5 years your headset is out of warranty, however, it's quite possible they could have some information to successfully get that ear cup back onto your headset. They're a wealth of information, while under warranty or not.

Best of luck, I hope it all works out - I use the Tiamat 7.1 headset as well, and I'd be really upset if it broke on me. :)

I actually talked to Razer's support team on Twitter and learned that it's not possible.

Also, it seems that the Tiamat 7.1 has been discontinued which makes me a sad panda. :slightly_sad:

My fiancé got the same happen to him not long ago, with is Tiamat 7.1 which is about the same age as yours.
He is thinking about using glue, since he loves it too much to let it go xD

The exact same thing happened to me so I just glued mine back. Its worked wonderfully after that. I used UHU adhesive.
