Is Razer fooling me?

Hi Razer are you just fooling or kidding people? I bought a Razer Laptop Advanced 2019 and i tried everything and the screen goes black when it is hibernating. I wrote many emails and question via Service Web and asking where i can send the laptop. All people are answering the question not right and they are answering more and more and not going and answering my question.
So Whats is wrong with Razer?

Isn't it normal for the screen to go black in hibernation?
I mean that the screen is going black when i am in front of the laptop i mean tje black screen problem what is discussed here
It only appears when laptop is goong from hibernation

Oh I see. So you have to force shutdown/restart to use the laptop after hibernating it? Maybe you can PM a Vanguard or a Staff member on here (unless you purchased it from a retailer - in that case, just contact them).
I don't know why you'd purchase from the Razer store (unless it's a Razer store exclusive item) as you can find their products cheaper elsewhere, and get proper support if you know the retailer has good support .

Can you upload the video concerning this? Does it happen also when you set it on sleep mode instead hibernate? Before doing something hassle like sending it back maybe checking updates or trying original drivers/ bios update from blade support page might be worth a try.
