Is rzS3detmgr.dll safe?

When I logged onto my computer I got a notification window that my Razor software had an update, and so I agreed to it without giving it much thought, and then my antivirus software (Webroot) popped up saying it detected a "Win32.LocalInfect.2" with the update (specifically the file(s) rzS3detmgr.dll since it was in more than one location?)

    C:\ProgramData\Razer\Synapse3\Service\Staging\Lib\DetectManager\rzS3detmgr.dll
    C:\ProgramData\Razer\Synapse3\Service\Lib\DetectManager\rzS3detmgr.dll

I agreed to allow Webroot to quarantine these files since I had no idea what was wrong, and now my Razer software won't recognize my mouse (Razer Mamba Elite). I assume by the file folder name that the blocked file was what the software would use to detect when a Razer product was connected, but I wanted to double check before I allowed it with this forum, especially because I have never had Webroot target anything from a Razer update.
