Is there a way to bind a keyboard and mouse function to a button?

I just got this a Razor naga pro and was looking forward to having quicker actions while gaming but it doesn't seem like my mouse will let me bind a button that's Leftclick+alt1. Is this just how the mouse is, or do I need to download a special add on or something?
