Is there a way to return a headset from my online order for a cheaper model?

So I just recently made an order of 2 Razer Krakens, one of the pink quartz for my girlfriend, and one of the kraken ultimate for myself. I’m pretty new to the gaming headset world and so I was not aware that the Kraken Ultimate model is not really compatible for ps4. I wanted to know if there was a way that I can return or exchange the Kraken Ultimate for the cheaper ps4 compatible model?

You will have to return the Kraken Ultimate for a refund if it is still within the refund period. Please send me the serial number and a copy of the proof of purchase. I'll take care of the rest.
