Issue with kiyo in Synapse 3

When I go into Synapse 3 and then the Kiyo I get a notification saying "The current settings on your camera is different from Razer Synapse. Which settings would you like to keep?" and then I'm given the option of Camera or Synapse. If I pick Synapse or Camera nothing happens and the message box stay on the screen.

Because of this, I cannot do anything with my Kiyo in Synapse 3



I have tried to uninstall the app and reinstall. Same problem.

Hi, can you assist me what too please. Exactly the same issue. Webcam work fines outside Synapse 3. I can change the camera setting outside Synapse 3 when the application expose the Properties Panel of the Web Cam.
Tried to uninstall both Synapse 3 and all the Razer drivers.
Hey its clear multiple people are and have had this problem. Now I have it too. I've even gone through and used the reset camera to defaults option and it does not help. Would tech support have the decency to post a solution here???
