Issue with Razer Huntsman Elite

So I noticed that when Synapse is due for an update my keyboard starts acting weird. Around half the keys will just go out. Last time I was able to hard reset it after I updated synapse and it was all good. This time though, my caps key is one of the ones that went out, so I have not been able to reset the keyboard like before. I updated synapse, repaired synapse, reset the keyboard through synapse, uninstalled and reinstalled synapse, but none of those fixed the issue. I have had no spills, drops, or damages to the keyboard at all btw! It is about 2.5 years old at this point and I haven't had an issue with it up until a few months ago.
