Hi everyone.
I bought a Razer Kiyo a couple of days ago.
So far I have been setting everything up for streaming and during this period the Kiyo was working perfectly fine.
This morning I switched off my computer (while using it) and after I switched it back on, the Kiyo was not focusing me. Actually, it wasn't focusing ANYTHING.
I tried to update the drivers, update synapse, uninstall and reinstall synapse, unplug the Kiyo, reset the Kiyo to factory. Nothing.
Still the same, it's not working neither the autofocus neither the manual focus (See picture attached).
Do anyone know what could be the problem? Could it be a hardware problem (So I have to return it?)

I've had mine since the end of 2020, haven't had any issues until yesterday and the exact same problem. Won't focus on anything, autofocus controls in Synapse don't work, there are no other properties other than resolution in OBS that will let me change focus settings from there either.
