Issue with Razer Stealth (2017) stuck in sleep mode

As the title says, I had the system freeze, then the bios screen says it was updating when I reset the laptop. It then didnt do anything for about 10 minutes and has spent the last day just stuck in sleep mode without being able to do anything to wake up (plugging power in / letting power run out and replug charger / holding power button down for ten seconds), it will turn off and turn on again but only with a long button press and just goes back to the sleep mode (long blinking green light)
