Issues with hyperpolling dongle

I just bought and received my hyperpolling dongle a couple weeks ago. Everything was fine until a couple of days ago. Anytime I select anything above 1000 hz, my mouse slows down to a crawl. Especially in game. I can change my sensitivity but it stays relatively the same. It's extremely sluggish. Once I go back down to 1000 hz it acts normally. I have tried uninstalling Synapse 3 and reinstalling a couple of times with no change. The only thing that changed is I upgraded from windows 11 home to pro.

Make sure your Windows OS is up to date and try to update the mouse's driver including the USB controllers. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can check for other steps to help you address the problem. Thanks!
