Issues with my Razer Electra V2 USB

    Hi there,
    I have an Razer Electra headset and today it stoped working all of a sudden.
    I have read some Articles about the Problem but nothing was really helping.
    M< problem is that the Headset would sop working sometimes and a simple replugging would fix the Problem
    but today it did the same thing and after I plugged it in the only thing I would get was Windows saying that the USB device wasn't recognized. If tried about everything that came to mind but nothing worked.
    I hope that somebody can help me.

    Hi there! Have you tried using another PC to see if the same issue persists? Let me know.

    Yes I have tried it on other devices but I have the same Problem there.

    I'm having the same problem. This is my second razer electra, they replaced me the first one because of this problem, i think that there is some problem with the USB

    You can find the serial number underneath the left earpad.
