Issues with Razer 7.1 Surround and Synapse 2 & 3.0

First of all I want to start by saying that English is not my main language, so there's probably going to be a couple of mistakes.

Basically I just bought Razer Surround Pro. I do not have any Razer products, but, I know this software for a while and I just got tired of using the free version and bought the Pro one.

The problem is that there's an old version of Razer Surround and a new version.
I see that the old version somehow works, and you have all settings and stuff, instead, in the new version, it's literally just "On/Off". There isn't any config available, or something for changing the presets.

I'm pissed. I just bought this today because I KNOW it's a really good software, but, the new Surround version just works in a very simple and PREDEFINED way with music, BUT NOT WITH GAMES.
I tried Counter Strike, and the sound was just painful.
It felt like I had my headphones underwater.

I tried installing Synapse 3, but there's no support for this Surround thing available. Then I installed Synapse 2, and it won't open.
Finally I found the good ol' version of Razer Surround, and after I putted my Razer ID and my Activation Code, guess what! It doesn't work on it!

My OS is Windows 10 x64
And my pc is:
Processor: I5 3750K
Graphics Card: GTX 960 4GB
RAM: 16 GB DDR3


I've been searching support for hours, found other people with the EXACT SAME PROBLEM and no answer from you, Razer.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Surround Sound and Synapse concern here. By the way, the 7.1 Surround Sound was created for our new headset models, namely, Razer Kraken X and Razer Kraken 2019 only (both uses 3.5mm jack). And yes, it has on and off option only. This will enable/disable the 7.1 Surround. Ensure to use it for 7.1 Surround Sound compatible headsets. On the other hand, the Razer Synapse not launching is odd. Please provide me the email address associated with your Razer Synapse account via PM. Let's continue from there.

Ok, so first of all thanks for your answer.
Second, so, basically you're saying that Razer 7.1 Surround was made ONLY for those two headsets? In that case, well, that sucks! I bought it thinking it was like a brand new version of the old Razer Surround software: but I guess it's not.
Now, another question: I understand that maybe it was done specifically for those two Headsets, but, is it compatible with other 7.1-non-razer headsets?

Hi there! The 7.1 Surround Sound will work with other 3.5mm and USB type headsets even with different brands as I've tested it myself. However, Razer made the 7.1 Surround Sound specifically for the newest Razer Kraken models. I suggest using 7.1 Surround Sound compatible headsets so you can maximize the software.
