Issues with Razer Hammerhead True wireless on Mac

Hi all,

Anyone else happening to be using these earbuds on a Mac? After pairing I wasn't hearing anything so I went to my Mac's settings to make sure that the Razer Hammerhead True wireless was set as my output device, still no sound. I then made the discovery that if I changed the input to the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless I could begin to hear audio but it sounds pretty bad (while the microphone is active).. Also, it disconnects occasionally when I do this. Not sure what I can do to address this issue. I haven't had issues in the past connecting wireless headphones to my Mac and these earbuds do work perfectly on my other devices.. Any suggestions would be much-appreciated thanks you!

I went to Apple's site to see if I could gain any more helpful information. "This happens because Bluetooth has two modes: one for listening to higher-quality audio, and another for both listening and speaking through the microphone." - Apple's site. Now that's all well and good but unfortunately, mine are not working unless the microphone is on. So the higher quality mode does not seem to be working on my Mac...

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. By the way, does the issue happen on another Mac computer?. If in case the Razer Hammerhead BT works fine with another computer especially with macOS, please check what its current macOS version it has.
