hi,
I want to tell somoane from Razer that one item is unable to be redeemed.

The item that I am talking about is the Razer Rogue 15,6 V2

It keeps loading for erternity, other items load 1 secund for me.

Pls fix this

It is possible that the Rogue 15.6" V2 is no longer in stock. I will see what I can do from my end. I highly recommend that you contact the Razer Gold & Silver team by submitting a ticket from here to confirm the stock limitation as I have limited visibility over that part of our system.
