Item Not Received and Returned to Shipper

Hi. So about two weeks ago I had ordered a microphone from Razer and because I wasn't receiving any updates or emails letting me know when it would be arriving I thought that it was still being shipped. Just found out that it had arrived about a week ago but since I wasn't there to get the package it was sent back to the FedEx facility. It stayed there two and since I was not aware of any of this, the package was sent back to the shipper. I've still no clue if there's a way I can still get my package or if I can even get my money back. Please, I don't shop online too much and would like to know what I could do or at least someone I can call about this.
