Item Serial Number Is Unknown

    Hi.
    I have just purchased a Razer Ornata v2 Keyboard and I am unable to register it as I keep getting the following error message.

    Item Serial Number Is Unknown

    I have rechecked the serial number many times, and I have entered it correctly.
    Any ideas what's wrong?
