Please make sure everything is entered correctly.
My mistake was always the wrong input of "0" and "O".
You also enter the hyphen (-), at the product number?

Is the S/N that is not recognised. The keyboard is the blackwidow elite. Allowing this confusion is just dumb of manufacturers. I am still having issues registering it.

Is this a new keyboard or has the keyboard been previously used by another person?
Or did you buy the keyboard from someone? Not that the keyboard was already registered by someone else.
I would recommend sending a private message to a support stuff with this problem.

but that really surprised me now.
There are some (very old) Razer products that unfortunately can not register.
My brother also has a Razer Blackwidow Elite and it worked without any problems.

Thanks, I'm a newbie in the world of gaming but I like nice quality equipment
It was a typical "0" (as in zero) and "O" (as in letter "o") confusion. On the sticker they look almost identical. What made it worse was that one of them appeared more than once on the serial number which made it tricky for me to try an guess all possible combinations.
