I've been having trouble related to my headset.

    Hi!
    I purchased the Razer Kraken TE from a sertified retailer and it arrived yesterday. After unboxing it I connected it ot my desktop pc and everything was perfect until a little while later the headset stopped producing sound. I tried fixing it but after 2 hours of attemps leading to no avail I gave up. This morning I plugged the headset to my phone and listened to music as if nothing had ever happened. The I reconnected the headphones to my computer and everything was perfect. They are still working but here's where I need help - the microphone doesn't work whatsoever....
    Thanks in advance!

    P.S. I made a messenger call on my phone using the headset and the mic worked brilliantly.
