    Hey everyone,

I finally took the hop from my Surface pro 4 and Mac book combo for a Razer Blade 14 with GTX 1060. To start I gotta say communication on razers part during shipment was not great but I still got my laptop really fast and was given shipment info the day it was delivered haha.

So far the laptop looked great but im starting to realize the screen is a little off. I have the QHD+ display since I use touch a lot. Seems like the bottom half of the screen is dimmer and has a yellow tint. I browsed around for fixes or similar issues and found a few threads to calibrate the color but didn't help too much. The bottom half is still dimmer than the top.

Is this something I need to get razer to look at and replace the laptop? Did I get a lemon?

Any information will be greatly appreciated. I did send Razer an email.

Also with this laptop has anyone been able to change resolution to 1920x1080 and not get a blurry screen? I tried to scale it but still is not crisp. Just asking because I have a few apps that scales really bad for work.

Hey @NjzKrish since you've already dropped our Support Team a ticket it'll be best for them to get back to you about this. They'll have to go through the few troubleshooting steps first but if they do suspect that there might be an issue with the product they'll help you out from there.

Do drop me a PM if you have any questions! I'll be locking this thread now, do note that Razer Insider is not a forum for you to post about support queries.
