Kaira Pro connected to XBOX Series X - Choppy, Static, Disconnects

Hello,

Happy new Year's Eve. I have a Kaira Pro headset connected to an xbox series X. Constantly getting choppy playback, static and disconnects. I applied the latest firmware update (KairaProforXbox_Headset_FirmwareUpdater_v1.00.12_r1). In reading other threads Razar is putting the issues on the XBOX.

Anyone else experiencing the same?
Any troubleshooting I can do?
Does this headset support XBOX Series X connectivity?

I've been experiencing the same issues and am wondering the same thing. It's so annoying.
I have had the same problem on my Xbox One S console, and on my Bluetooth devices the headphones disconnect the same way
