I have a Razer Blade Pro 17, I'm having problems with the keyboard backlight not working properly
F8, 8, I, K, and < Keys all show red backlight when keyboard brightness turned down/off. when backlight RGB colours are used
I deleted synapse 3 and cleared all drivers using the "DriverCleanup' tool, restarted computer, reinstalled synapse 3 and restarted again. Also used the intel driver and support assistant to update drivers.
The issue went away until I logged into synapse and my profile was updated from the cloud back to the synapse account on my computer. Now the red lights are back. there is nothing in my settings that should turn on any red keyboard backlighting.
